Your role

Work on an agile case team with a diverse team of business consultants, product managers, designers and engineers, taking full responsibility for a distinct aspect of the project, e.g. in a product owner role
Identify issues, develop hypotheses and execute analyses—translating data into meaningful insights and presenting recommendations to key decision makers
Move the client to action with a plan to implement the strategic recommendations and manage the execution by taking an active part in setting up the digital business
Be a manager to junior team members

A solid team player who’s also an independent & creative thinker
A digital native with a passion for great user experience and digitization
Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
A robust analytical skill set and love for problem solving
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Endless curiosity and a penchant for thinking the impossible
Willingness to travel in Germany for project related work
Experience in consulting, a start-up or other digital business environment (minimum 3 years)
Fluency in English & German
University degree with high marks
