Your role

Lead agile case teams with a diverse team of business consultants, product managers, designers and engineers, taking full responsibility for the project
Take interim leadership positions in a digital unit, such as CxO or Tribe Lead
Drive a digital strategy, a digital product, a digital unit or a start-up end-to-end to success – define the business plan and lead the execution
Be the go-to person for the client in all aspects of the engagement
Lead all TDS and client team members on an engagement

Experience in leading in a digital environment, either in a start-up, a consultancy or a fast-moving digital unit of a corporate (minimum 3 years)
Solid background in a top consultancy (minimum 1 year)
A solid team player who’s also an independent & creative thinker
A digital native with a passion for great user experience and digitization
Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
A robust analytical skill set and love for problem solving
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Endless curiosity and a penchant for thinking the impossible
Willingness to travel in Germany and potentially EU for project related work
Fluency in English & German
